The pack includes a 500kg bag of our 20mm premium equestrian rubber chips and 4 x 25kg kegs of PU Resin Binder (Glue). The rubber should be mixed at a ratio of 20% to the resin (For example, 25kg rubber to 5kg resin)

Surface Preparation:
The mixed Rubber and Resin compound should be laid onto a suitable base such as existing Concrete, Stone or MOT Type one (100MM Base layer advisable). This can then be trowelled out and tampered down to create a smooth finish.
Note: Trowel Lubricant should be used to make the process easier and reduce rubber sticking to the Trowel.
The manufacturing procedures employed for the production of this product are highly advanced, incorporating cutting-edge magnet systems to effectively eliminate any metal contaminants. However, it is crucial to acknowledge the possibility of encountering occasional foreign objects that may have inadvertently passed through the process. These objects may comprise small wire fragments, which can be easily identified and removed manually during the surface installation. Therefore, we strongly recommend that children wear shoes until the materials have undergone comprehensive testing and evaluation.
*Important delivery information*
All pallets are delivered as curb side delivery via a pump truck. Anything 750kg or below will be delivered on a 7.5 tonne vehicle, above 750kg will be delivered on an 18 tonne vehicle. The courier will require flat, stable ground to deliver on as well as sufficient access for the vehicle they're delivering in.
By purchasing this product you are confirming that the vehicle will have suitable access to deliver your pallet. Failure to deliver due to accessibility / stable ground can lead to an additional redelivery charge that will be chargeable to you.
